Q - What will I learn? Why should I attend?
A - We believe that one of THE most important reasons to attend
is to meet and be inspired by all of the other like minded young people who
will be there! There will be powerful life-long connections made here that you

and wisdom of adults and teens. Topics will include:

  • - art
  • - selling
  • – manufacturing & licensing
  • - making money
  • - making a difference
  • – marketing & social media
  • – and much more!

Q - Will this be one of those seminars where they just try
to upsell you stuff?
A - NO! Every speaker will provide significant, actionable
information! Many will offer additional products and services (because many
of you will want them!) but there will be NO HARD SALES PITCHES! Our goal is
for everyone to leave here with more than they paid for! Period!

Q - Will I have time for fun?
A - Yes! We will end the scheduled agenda at approximately
4:30 each day so that you can go to the pool, Disney, or whatever! All speakers
have been asked to stay until 6pm each day however, so that you can talk to
them one on one if you choose to! The hotel has also agreed to honor our drastically
discounted rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the event so that you have
a few more days to play!

Q - How can I attend for free?
A - There are 3 things that you can do to attend even if you
“can’t afford it!”

  • 1) earn the money! There are dozens of ways to earn money, and many will
gladly let you if you tell them what it’s for! a lemonade stand may sound
“hokey”, but hey, whatever works! You can sell old video games on craigslist,
offer to post other peoples stuff on craigslist for a fee, the possibilities
are endless! If you can type, look for local speakers and trainers who frequently
post events on community calendars! Trust me, it’s a pain to post them everywhere,
and most would be thrilled to pay you to! (who knows, maybe they’ll help you
    get sponsors too!).
  • 2) Ask for sponsors! Print the information about our event and personally
go out and ask! Face to face is often best!! Choose places where people know
you, and where you and your family spend your money first! Find people who
are small business owners (entrepreneurs) themselves! Let them know that just
    $10 helps!
  • 3) Create a video explaining why you want to go! Post it to your social
networks, your own website or blog, and ask others to! Many communities allow
“community videos” to be uploaded for free, so put them there too! Send it
to us and we’ll add it to our site as well! Create a “chip-in” widget (you
can do this at chipin.com or for facebook under chipin application) and post
that to your sites as well! If you are driving, ask for gas cards (this often
appeals to people more than offering cash, and also “shows” them how much
    a little bit can help!).
  • Most of all, be creative!!!! Finding your “non-cash” resources is a big
part of being a successful entrepreneur!

Q – Does my Parent have to attend?
A – Having someone to support you who is aware of the possibilities
that exist is important! Whether it’s a parent, or mentor, or grandparent. If
you want to attend and don’t have someone to bring, you are still welcome to
attend!

Q - What about my older or younger siblings?
A – Each “Registration” includes 2 adults, older siblings can
attend as one of them. Younger siblings are able to attend at no charge. Younger
siblings are welcome, but we ask that they not be a distraction. They will not
be able to participate in activities but are welcome to be present.

Q - How Many People will be attending?
A – Our goal is 300 people, but we can accomodate more!
